Love, Danielle centers on a woman (Devin Sidell) who is confronted with a life-altering decision after learning she carries the BRCA1 gene mutation, which dramatically raises her risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer. As Danielle navigates the emotional challenges of preventative surgery, she and her husband (Michael Roark) struggle with the implications for their future and their dreams of starting a family. Her life is further complicated by her strained relationship with her recovering alcoholic and often emotionally distant mother, Candie, played by Lesley Ann Warren.
